EC&R travels thousands of miles each year across the United States
and Canada, appearing at concert halls, churches, fairs, and
festivals, presenting their music and gaining new fans and friends.
These guys are just folks, that realize they may not be all that
special, but the One they sing about is very special. EC&R presents
a very high energy, entertaining program featuring good material,
good stage presence, and good interaction with the audience. EC&R
is all-live! Even on their recordings the group creates all of its own
vocals and instrumentation, so there will be consistency in what in
what is heard on radio, recordings, and in concerts. It is always the
goal of the group to present a classy program that is worthy of the
subject matter they sing about.
Gospel music fans need to circle February 26, 2012 on
their calendars. On that date, Nashville, TN’s own
male gospel group, Ernie Couch & Revival will be in
concert at Parkdale Baptist Church.

Ernie Couch & Revival exemplifies what good Gospel
music is all about. This live band performs their music
in a unique blend of styles to ensure everyone
present enjoys the concert. EC&R is well known
across the United States and Canada for its high-
energy brand of live music. Many describe the group
as refreshingly different, and a lot of fun. Jason
Couch, says, “We want folks to leave our concerts
feeling better than when they arrived. We hope that
they have not only been entertained, but that they go
home in a better frame of mind and more focused on
the One that makes life worth living.”
Ernie Couch & Revival is gospel music at
it¹s best! The group¹s blend of
traditional overtones with new and
innovative sounds has lead listeners to
refer to the group’s style as a mixture of
the classic Statesmen and Oak Ridge
Boys, with an added dose of raw energy.
The group’s unique musical blend of the
past and the present has a way of
appealing to listeners of all ages.
EC&R strives professionally to
offer diversity in their music and
performance, reaching out to all
musical tastes. This is evident in
the many opportunities they have
had to work with other legends in
various genres of music ranging
from George Beverly Shea to
George Jones, from Petra to Boots
Randolph, not to mention Jake
Hess and James Blackwood, to
name a few. EC&R is not only

and profession.
At times it is difficult to find wholesome entertainment and programming that is family oriented. EC&R strives to
present quality entertainment while lifting up Jesus through music.
